Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% is the minimum payment required to secure your booking. Some schools and centres opt to pay in full at the time of booking. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT DEPOSITS/FULL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Exceptions are natural disasters (e.g. flooding/fire/gas leak in the school etc) which cause the closure of a service/school. The deposit will be transferred to the next available booking suitable to both parties.

Cancellations because of staff shortages, or low numbers of children, or change of mind are not included in the exceptions, and the full cost of the workshop will be charged whether you go ahead or not, once your booking is confirmed. As I respectfully keep my committment to you, my expectation is that you would want to respectfully do the same.

In the unfortunate event that I cannot attend because of the NSW laws regarding Covid, the deposit will be transferred to the next available booking suitable to both parties.
